LEADERSHIP

Leadership is at the base of CBE’s core values. Everything starts and develops from leadership. We think that we have to guide our clients, our professionals and our staff towards asking themselves better questions and find more effective and personalized solutions. CBE inspires through its leadership and motivates to move in profitable and sustainable directions.

IMPACT

CBE has a public role in delivering consulting services that have a positive and lasting impact on society and on private spheres. We work to make things follow a natural flow in order to achieve order, honesty and efficiency. We offer progressive advice that has social effects both in the short and in long term period so that the clients and the society can recognize our impact through time and space.

DEVELOPMENT

CBE deals every day with the development of new ideas, new projects, new employees and clients. We are never satisfied with the first solution we find: we need to pursue success though a process that is always in development. We do not offer standardized services because we think every situation is different and has to be developed independently.

INTEGRITY

Transparency, honesty and trustworthiness are core values at CBE because we are sure that this is the best way to always behave in business. We give trust to our employees and clients but we know we need to gain their trust at the same time. Clear communication is the fist step towards this goal. We put a lot of importance on this and we are always open to develop new ways of communication internally and externally.

ACCELERATION

CBE assists and guides its clients through hard changing processes that could not be done by themselves or at the same speed. We accelerate the changing process because of the experience and the knowledge we have in our field. We deliver services that are used to create more value in a faster way than doing it by yourself. We always need a close interaction with the client because every solution is tailored-made.

CONNECTION

We think that a connection to other countries, cultures and communities is necessary to develop in a sustainable and diversified way. We have partners throughout the five continents and we are planning on expanding every year a little bit more. CBE connects different parties in order to use efficiently the knowledge, the resources and the strong identification points that each one of them owns. We recognize the importance to connect and we follow this line.

VALUE CREATION

CBE seeks for profitable projects but our attention goes on the value that a project can deliver to our clients and to society in general. Our main focus is to generate enrichment (which can be identified in a financial, a knowledge or experience value) in a bidirectional way: from the society to CBE and from CBE to society. Our knowledge grows up everyday and our portfolio is in continuous development because we acquire knowledge from each project we deliver to our clients.
